Backpacking Hike in Mt. Rainier
Spend five days backpacking through the Mount Rainier wilderness and practicing yoga. Explore the forests, alpine meadows, and rivers, all in the shadow of Washington’s highest peak.

Day O (Pre-Trip Meeting)
- 2.5-hour virtual pre-trip meeting. This usually happens 2 days before the trip start date. Time TBD. Please have all your personal gear and equipment ready for this meeting. We will go over the route and itinerary as well as go over personal and group gear to ensure everyone has what they need.

- No backpacking or yoga experience is required.
- You will be expected to carry a pack of 30 – 40 lbs on your back for up to 4 hours at a time through relatively flat terrain, so good overall fitness is required.
