Rock Rescue Course
Take KAF’s advanced rock climbing lesson, the Rock Rescue Course, it could save someone’s life. There may be a point someday that you’re so thankful you did (and your partner will be too!).
Do you know what to do if your partner is injured during a climb? If not, this training is imperative for you. If you do, but are foggy on the exact procedures, this training will jump start your memory and provide vital practice.
Whether you climb 5.12 sport routes, moderate alpine routes, or typically just follow your partner, it’s crucial that you know how to get out of a rock climbing emergency.
This course is intended for all multi-pitch climbers who lead AND follow, as well as sport and trad climbers who are interested in climbing further above the ground.
Technical rescue skills are critical for your safety and enhance your enjoyment and confidence every time you leave the ground. Continual practice and refinement of these skills are necessary in order to master them before an accident occurs.
