Intermediate Prep Course
The Intermediate Prep Course is intended to provide experienced mountaineers with the essential skills needed to climb more technical and demanding glaciated routes.

This prep course prepares you to climb as a member of a more experienced climbing team, or a recreational club climb with professional volunteer leaders.
Curriculum Includes:
- Topographic map navigation
- Compass or GPS instruction
- Glacier camping considerations
- Objective hazard evaluation
- Complex terrain travel techniques
- Glacier rigging and associated knots
- Meal planning and preparation
- Gear considerations for lightweight travel
- Route planning and itinerary planning
