KAF Adventures has partnered with Laura Nidra to run our yoga hikes! She will join us in the Fall of 2011 in amazing Canyonlands, Utah.
LauraNidra Yoga offers Ashtanga and Universal style yoga as well as Yoga Nidra meditation in the Crown Hill neighborhood of Seattle. Some of LauraNidra’s most inspiring and memorable yoga moments have come while practicing in the awe and beauty of Mother Nature. It is LauraNidra’s intention to take her great love of yoga outside the walls of the studio in a practical and accessible manner in which everyone can participate.

Backside Bow Yoga Studio
We have also partnered with Backside Bow Yoga studio to provide outdoor experiences and instruction at their unique studio. Known for running with passion and excitement to the outdoors, we are honored to be a part of this space.
Danielle Harvey will be teaching yoga hikes with us this year, along with a Yoga and Backpacking experience on Mt. Rainier!
Planet Earth Yoga
Planet Earth Yoga Center teaches Hatha Yoga to people of all ages, all sizes and shapes: elders, people living with cancer, people living with MS, fibromyalgia and chronic pain, all races and all religions – you name it.
Laura helps her students create balance in body, breath and mind, so the effects of practice can extend well beyond your yoga mat. For years, Laura’s compassionate teaching style has made her a favorite yogi in the Seattle area.
Also teaching at Planet Earth Yoga Center is Erin Goldman, who comes to yoga with a background in dance, counseling and meditation. She teaches yoga in the Seattle area with the intention of creating healthy, happy, balanced individuals and communities.

KAF Adventures has also joined Fit Climb – a great place to learn more about mountaineering training and fitness. Here you can meet like-minded climbing partners! This is a really cool social networking site we are using – you can share your trips too!
